This is so good its hard to believe its good for you, unless you eat the entire pan full. So easy, less than 5 minutes to make.

Quantity: 9 x 13 pan
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (do not substitute)
- 2 cups fresh rolled oats or steel cut oats
- 1 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
In a medium saucepan melt together the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Once melted remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, oats and cranberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate till hard (about 1 hr). Remove from fridge and cut into squares. Store squares in fridge as they will get soft if left out. Freezes well.
