These are a delicious baguette. Simple to make for even first time sourdough bakers. Great dipped in you favourite oils or as shown enjoy them with a Taco salad. Nice with a fresh pot of soup as well. These need to be left to rise in fridge overnight or here I mixed in the morning and made fresh for an evening meal. This is one of a wonderful new collection of recipes that is soon to be included with all new Assistents. If you have an Assistent and would like the recipes please email us at info@jalyns.ca and we will email you a copy of the complete collection. You will need prepared sourdough starter for this recipe. You can find recipes in many books to make it or it is available though some health food stores and bakeries as well. One is also included with the new set of Assistent recipes.
