-0.3 ounces vanilla sugar
or an assortment of fresh fruit if preferred to the peanuts
1.Set oven to 175°C (347°F)
2.Grease and flour a bunt pan.
3.Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the coffee. Put a side to cool down. *see note below
4.Assemble your assistent with whisk bowl and balloon whisks.
5.Add eggs and sugar and beat on medium speed until batter is very airy.
6.Mix all dry ingredients together and add to the batter.
7. Add mashed bananas and the butter/coffee mix into the batter.
8.Pour the batter into the bunt pan.
9.Bake for 45 minutes and let cool down.
10.Whisk the dulce de leche until smooth.
11.Pour the dulce de leche over the cake and decorate with peanuts and sea salt. or use fresh fruit instead of peanuts.
I made a batch and a half and then split it between 2 smaller bundt pans to try a couple different toppings to suit everyones tastes that was going to be enjoying it.
